Life Centers was founded out of a need to coordinate services for persons and families in need. Work to ensure success in a today’s times and restoration of the family to become self sustaining.
Our vision is to network and collaborate with existing service providers and organizations to provide the services required to build the individuals and family. Where there is a gap coordinate a community effort to fill the gaps and build a continuum of services for the success of the family.

Choosing Life Independence and self-Managed Behavior. (C.L.I.M.B. ™) Is a three phase program of Education or Re-education, Application and Restoration.
Year One - Education or Re-education enables the individual and family to learn or re-learn life skills and develop a career plan that fits the person’s abilities and natural skills.
Year Two - Application enables the person and family to practice their skills in a safe environment, building confidence, stability and sustainability.
Year Three - Restoration enables the individual to give to others and assist them in their growth building relationships that will last and increasing a sustainable community.
ADAPT™
Alcohol Drug Addiction Programed Transition(ADAPT™)
Is a Natural recovery program working with the total person and their family relationships.
ADAPT™ can be 30 60 90 up to 2 years depending on the individual. It is administered in conjunction with the CLIMB™ program.
The program takes into account the individuals life skills and dreams and move them toward a positive attitude and value to themselves and their community.
